Their flagship product, the Flex Farm, requires 98% less land and 98% less water than traditional agriculture and can produce 394 pounds of fresh food annually. Fork Farms has been involved in hundreds of Flex Farm installations across the US and internationally with partnering schools, nonprofit organizations, food service operations, hospitals and more.
